Our services are available in Najibabad and other selected cities/routes in India.
2. Booking
All bookings are subject to availability.
Customers must provide correct name, mobile number and travel details.
Booking confirmation will be shared through phone call, WhatsApp or email.
. Payment
TripServices.in accepts the following payment methods:
Online Payment
UPI Payment
Bank Transfer
Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay at Pickup or During Journey
If Cash on Delivery is selected, the customer agrees to pay the full booking amount to the driver or our authorized representative at the pickup point or during the journey.
TripServices reserves the right to refuse or cancel any COD booking if required.
4. Cancellation
Customers should inform us before the journey if they want to cancel.
Refunds (if applicable) will depend on the cancellation time and booking status.
No refund will be provided for No Show or missed trips.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Reach the pickup point on time.
Provide correct booking information.
Behave respectfully with drivers and staff.
Not carry illegal or prohibited items.
6. Delay
TripServices is not responsible for delays caused by:
Traffic
Weather
Road conditions
Vehicle breakdown
Government restrictions
Any unavoidable circumstances
7. Liability
TripServices is not responsible for:
Loss of personal belongings.
Missed connections due to delays.
Damages caused by events beyond our control.
8. Website Use
Users must not:
Misuse the website.
Try to hack or damage the website.
Provide false booking information.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logo, text and images on TripServices.in belong to TripServices unless otherwise stated. Copying or using any content without permission is prohibited.
10. Changes
TripServices may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh.
